How You Will Create an Impact
  • Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your assigned territory to ensure profitable growth.
  • Bringing our brand to life by ensuring consistent and impactful communication of our products and services to agents and brokers.
  • Representing Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating the customer experience.
  • Building and managing a strong submission pipeline aligned with production goals and business mix targets.
  • Leveraging market insights, using your contacts to generate business, gathering intelligence, and cross-selling complementary products.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Moderate knowledge of farming or agriculture industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven sharp analytical skills to navigate applications, risk information, and form language.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive within the ever-evolving market.
  • Significant communication, networking, and relationship-building aptitude.
  • Disciplined focus on execution, accuracy, and follow-through with a sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management talents.
  • Ability to travel a few times a year to the field meeting with brokers and agents.

The base salary range is $56,000 - $70,000 (based on experience). We're proud to offer a range of competitive and comprehensive benefits packages.
