Responsibilities of the Director of IT:

Responsibilities of the Director of IT:
- Analyze business technology needs, recommend upgrades, and implement IT strategies to support growth.
- Oversee, maintain, and secure servers, networks, and software systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and manage disaster recovery protocols.
- Work on IT projects
- Monitor network performance and security to prevent and address disruptions.
- Long term care experience preffered
- Proven experience in IT management, networking, and server administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with technology upgrades and project management.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications, network systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
