Position : IT & Systems Operations Analyst Location : Remote (Global) Employment Type : Full-Time Type of contract : Independent Contractor Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!!!️ SCOPE OF THE ROLE We're looking for a detail‐obsessed, systems‐driven, and highly analytical ERP integration and systems operations analyst who thrives on solving complex system issues and keeping critical business operations running smoothly. This is not a help desk role. You'll sit at the core of the business, supporting the systems that power order flow, inventory, and financial data across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL partners.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‐on exposure to ERP systems, integrations (iPaaS), and enterprise SaaS operations in a high‐growth eCommerce environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Own system reliability Monitor integration workflows in Celigo (integrator.io) and resolve errors across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL systems Diagnose failures using logs, mappings, and API responses Escalate complex issues with clear root‐cause analysis Support ERP & integrations Assist in building and maintaining integration flows (field mappings, transformations, connections) Re‐run failed jobs, manage queues, and maintain API credentials Ensure accurate and reliable data flow across systems Manage NetSuite operations (core requirement) Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards Update PDF templates (POs, invoices, packing slips) Maintain data hygiene (duplicate cleanup, record accuracy, field standardization) Document and improve processes Create runbooks for recurring issues Maintain SOPs for system workflows Track and report integration performance metrics Support SaaS & internal systems (secondary focus) Provision and deprovision accounts across tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) Manage access control and enforce least‐privilege principles Handle login issues, access requests, and internal support tickets Contribute to security & operations Support MDM enrollment (Intune, Jamf) Track SaaS usage and maintain asset inventory Assist with security compliance and system audits REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years of experience in ERP, systems operations, or IT support Hands‐on NetSuite experience (non‐negotiable — candidates without this will not be considered) Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations Experience with at least one SaaS admin environment (Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, etc.) Experience working with ticketing systems and SLAs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Clear written communication (documentation, reporting, internal updates) Comfortable working remotely across time zones NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED) Experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, etc.) Exposure to Shopify, Amazon, or eCommerce operations Familiarity with EDI workflows (850, 856, 810, etc.) Experience with SSO/SAML or identity tools (Okta, Rippling, Google SSO) Exposure to MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Google Apps Script, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
