Operations Manager

Accent Food Services offers food and beverage products in the workplace through breakrooms, cafeterias, vending machines, and Micro-Markets.

Our Operations team is currently hiring an Operations Manager in our local branch. The Operations Manager is a key stakeholder within our team ensuring customer satisfaction, leading company guidelines and processes, and ultimately company profitability. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Working closely with the Distribution Manager and vending, micro market, and coffee routes
• Able to identify customers issues quickly, and promptly respond with appropriate communication and/or corrective action with Key Account Managers or with customers directly 
• Knowledgeable of routing dynamics 
• Coordinates field product pricing changes ensuring they are executed 
• Assists with client management & retention efforts for all customer locations 
• Collaborates with other departments to improve business processes and efficiencies 
• Champions a safety-focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work-related accidents and injuries 
• Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws 

 Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent required 
• At least 5 years of customer route experience including at least 2 years of supervisory experience 
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 
• An effective communicator and collaborator, with passion for developing talent 
• Must be able to demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer service and holding drivers accountable 
• Ability to learn and work within database inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word 
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. and able to perform work in outside weather conditions
