Food Service Supervisor โ€“ Entry Level Kitchen Supervisor
Newport, KY (Campbell County Detention Center)
$17-19 (based on experience) | Full-Time | PTO + 401(k) + ESOP + Benefits
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Food Service Supervisors at the Campbell County Detention Center. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in food service operations.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Supervise inmate workers in accordance with company and facility policies
  • Assist with and oversee the preparation of meals following standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Train and guide workers in proper food preparation and kitchen procedures
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and facility housekeeping standards are followed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and enforce policies
  • Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a secure correctional facility environment
Sign-On Bonus
Eligible new hires can receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus:
