The Role:
Under the direction of management, the Alcohol Compliance Representative ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire venue in accordance with State and company policies and assists staff with any alcohol related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises the serving of alcohol by event-day staff.
- Ensures staff is adhering to Legends' and state/local alcohol service policies.
- Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations.
- Ensures that the nightly alcohol cut-off time is effectively communicated to staff members and event guests.
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Assist with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by Management.
- Will be responsible to monitor all employee's adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.
- Ability to interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of customer service standards and guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must meet state and local health requirements for alcoholic beverage services
Licenses & Certifications:
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring, if necessary)
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
