Description

The Compliance Representative is responsible for the routine audit of employee credentials and providing training and education to employees on the accurate credentials needed for each position, upon request.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Maintain DNA compliance by reviewing current employee credentials on a daily basis

Perform ongoing audits of staff credentialing files

Run credentialing such as OIG, SAM, and Background Checks

Track CMS Date Documentation

Provide initial compliance training to new internal hires upon request

Work on special projects to increase efficiency of department

Work closely with Executive Leadership Team and Compliance Board to oversee DNA compliance requirements

Maintain employee and company compliance at the already high standards DNA has set

Assist with all Joint Commission Audits with CNO and Compliance Division Manager

Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Customer service skills

Organization

Ability to learn quickly

Up to 10% travel to DNA offices in your local geographic area

General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment

Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

Ability to move about the office, bend and reach

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Occasional travel will be required.
