Red Bull New York ("RBNY") are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league's ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY's First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University. RBNY are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull GmbH, after which the team is named.
RBNY's First Team is a three-time MLS Supporters' Shield winner and a two-time Conference Champion, while the Second Team is the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Champion. Position Summary
You will work directly with our Field Marketing team during the execution of all off-site events and match day BULLevard activations. Event Marketing Staff are directly involved with the preparation, execution, and overall fan engagement opportunities with fans and new consumers. You are an ambassador of the organization and responsible for ensuring each visitor has a premium experience.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Monitor activations around our match day fan zone location, the BULLevard, ensuring our fans and newcomers are welcomed and assisted with any questions regarding activations
Ensure pre-match preparation is in accordance with operational standards and understanding the safety measure behind each activation
Assist in the execution of other activations around Sports Illustrated Stadium and off-site events
Support the field marketing team's grassroot efforts by distributing print collateral and providing the highest level of customer service when needed

- Provide a high level of customer service and able to act accordingly to resolve
- Quick adapter to sudden changes
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and are comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Availability on nights and weekends
Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
The hourly rate for this position is $18/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
