Title: IT Field Service Tech
Pay Rate: $19-23/HR
This position will require overnight travel from Sunday - Thursday. Onsite at client location during normal business hours with travel overnight. OT may be required. Requires a valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant), clean MVR, and a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities: IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
- TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
-Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
