Experienced Copier / Printer Service Technician
Location: Jackson, MS
Pay Range: $23.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary
The Experienced Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing office equipment in a designated territory. This role requires strong technical expertise, time management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
- Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime
- Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards
- Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities
- Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers)
- Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing HP and Zebra devices is a plus
