UniFide CST is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity weighing equipment throughout the Green Bay area. The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on mobile support and expertise to businesses in the Green Bay and surrounding area. From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.


What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

  • Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Complete service documentation and customer reports
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights
  • Travel to customer locations throughout the region
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing UniFide CST
