About Us

Collins Company is a nationwide manufacturer specializing in custom windscreen, netting, padding, and large format printing for athletic facilities, schools, universities, parks, contractors, and sports venues across the country.

We are currently looking for an experienced Print Operator / Print Technician to join our production team.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing EFI large format printers in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, and experienced with large format printing equipment.

  • EFI Q3R
  • EFI 32R

Responsibilities

  • Operate EFI large format printers safely and efficiently
  • Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and print quality issues
  • Diagnose and repair printer problems to minimize downtime
  • Monitor print quality and color consistency
  • Load and handle large media rolls and materials
  • Follow production schedules and priorities
  • Work closely with the graphics and production teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Help ensure machines are operating efficiently at all times

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience operating EFI VUTEk printers required
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of large format printing equipment and media handling
