As a printer technician, your primary duties are to install new printers and provide maintenance on current printers. You troubleshoot and repair issues related to hardware and equipment. Replacing new ink cartridges, completing printer setup, ensuring the paper is loaded correctly, assisting with copying and faxing, reconnecting network configurations, and providing support in person and over the phone are regular responsibilities of the job. You also acquire parts and supplies, fix malfunctions, and make software updates. A printer technician may travel to various locations to service printers or work in a large, corporate office and assist with only their printers.

Pay Rate: $21-$23/HR Plus Milage
Responsibilities: IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices. TOP 2? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
Key skill is Printer Breakfix
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
