Screen Print Operator

$20-$22/hr | Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire


Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Screen Print Operator for a growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled screen-printing professional looking to join a quality-focused team with long-term career potential.


What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.
  • Select and prepare inks for production runs.
  • Produce quality products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow clean room and manufacturing procedures.
  • Perform prototype testing and equipment adjustments as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of screen-printing experience.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with screen meshes, coatings, and ink applications.
  • Ability to read work instructions and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
