Description:

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a DTG T-Shirt Printing and Fulfillment support associate.

Job Summary:

As a DTG T-Shirt Printing and Fulfillment support associate, you will work in our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, pad printing, digital sign, and banner printing department. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a positive attitude, and will be excited about all things printing! If you have the necessary skills and experience to roll up your sleeves and jump right into production, we welcome your application!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Producing signs, banners, shirts, and promotional products, as well as custom finishing including lamination, mounting, trimming, and other finishes
  • Reviewing job tickets and managing workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting customers’ expectations while maximizing machine efficiency
  • Properly using and maintaining all department tools and equipment, coordinating material orders, managing machine logs, and coordinating maintenance and repair calls with vendors
  • Preparing and packaging orders for shipping
  • Performing quality assurance as needed
  • Performing other related duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A commitment to learning new things
  • Willingness to follow department policies and procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Commitment to quality, attention to details, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50lb, as well as know and use proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to crouch, bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and multi-task when necessary
  • Ability to work as a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
