Job description

****MUST HAVE T-Shirt screen printing experience.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up and operating an manual textile screen printing press according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Capable of solving printing problems, making adjustments to mechanical operation of press to keep quality, registration, color, and production speed at optimum. Completes production records (ink color, print order, mesh selection). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and must be able to stand for entire shift. Must have attention to detail and strong desire to grow and learn master level print skills.

Computer skills required.

Must be reliable, with a good work ethic.

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be a TEAM Player

Hours are Mon-Fri. Day shift. Some overtime available.

Experience:

  • Screen Printing: 1 year (Required)

Essential Duties

  • Graphics or Artwork and a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and or Corel Draw
  • Identify and select appropriate options for printing, imaging, engraving, primers, overcoats, substrates, and special printing processes.
  • Operate digital, screen, sublimation and heat press. Responsible for graphics and production operations, materials, and estimating
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the operation of existing and new equipment
  • Ability to teach and mentor others in how to operate equipment
  • Reviews job tickets for accuracy and completeness and reconcile gaps
  • Operate and Manage entire project process to ensure details regarding customer requirements are accurately accomplished
  • Respond with a sense of urgency and clarity to customer requests
  • Establish, communicate, and manage lead time and delivery expectations
  • Actively communicate and report on existing project activity and needs
  • Deliver Quality Customer Service
  • Commitment to Quality with our customers and to the people we serve as well as agency mission and values
