Silk Screen Technician โ€“

Regular, Full Time

Buffalo, NY


Come join DiVal Safety Equipment, Buffalo, New York headquarters in our fast paced and growing Promotions department. The primary function of this position is the coordination and production of custom silk screened, pad printed and laser printed items.


Candidates must possess โ€“

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on safety at all times โ€“ safety training and direction must be adhered to at all times. Report any safety concerns to management immediately.
  • Operate a multi-headed silk screener, ensuring printing instructions are accurately followed (logo placement, colors, etc.)
  • Work efficiently and maintain scheduled time frames / โ€˜in-handsโ€™ dates
  • Crosstrain in all functions of the Promo department as needed based on workload and manpower, to include but not limited to embroidery, quality control, folding/packaging product and clean-up
  • Provide a positive presence and input to our exceptional DiVal team.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills a must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work within a production environment, regularly required to stand for 8 hours a day and lift packages up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication skills and able to follow instructions
  • 1-3 year prior silk screening experience preferred
  • Basic math/computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
