We are seeking a seasoned, highly self-directed Print & Copy Operator to run our overnight production operation. This is an expert-level role for someone who can independently manage a high-volume copy and print workload from end to end - receiving jobs, producing them to specification, and completing all finishing and bindery work - with little to no on-site supervision during the shift. The operator who succeeds here is fast, meticulous, and above all dependable, delivering completed, deadline-critical work that is ready when the business opens each morning. Experience with all Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Portfolio. Print conductor experience is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Impeccable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work fully unsupervised
Ownership and accountability
High-volume copy production
Tab insertion
Volume / set creation
All finishing and bindery work, including but not limited to coil binding, Velo binding, and GBC (comb) binding, as well as cutting, drilling, tabbing, collating, and related finishing operations.
Operating and maintaining high-volume production copiers/printers and finishing equipment
Quality control - inspecting completed work against the job specification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and a professional finished product
Commercial and/or retail printing experience.
High-volume printing experience in the legal space (law firm or legal services environment).
Familiarity with job-ticketing / production tracking workflows and meeting strict, time-sensitive deadlines.

What We're Looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, particularly experience in Copy and Print responsibilities
  • Experience working independently preferred. Strong knowledge of vendor management and office operations.
  • Amenable to be working on a night shift

Core Competencies:
  • Ownership and accountability. Service excellence. Organization and multitasking. Problem-solving. Professional communication.
  • Work Environment:
  • Site-based, single resource model. Requires physical presence, including walking and occasional lifting. Flexibility required for events and urgent needs.
