Area Customer Service Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a flexible and customer-focused to support multiple client locations throughout downtown San Francisco and occasionally San Rafael. This role provides a variety of office support services, including mail operations, shipping & receiving, print/copy services, reception, hospitality, and conference room support. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team in diverse customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide office services support across multiple customer locations, including law firms, corporate offices, and warehouse environments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and package distribution.
- Operate copy, print, scanning, and production equipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Deliver reception and front desk support by greeting visitors and assisting customers professionally.
- Set up conference rooms and provide hospitality support for meetings and events.
- Maintain organized mailrooms, copy centers, and office service areas.
- Adapt quickly to different customer sites and changing daily assignments.
- Work independently or collaboratively with Ricoh team members depending on site staffing.
- Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve operational concerns promptly.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records, expense reports, and required documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other office software to support daily operations.
- Lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Travel between customer locations as required and maintain schedule flexibility, including early morning, evening, or occasional weekend shifts.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and strong communication skills while supporting multiple client environments.
