Think Ability

Think Ability, Inc is currently seeking ​an Account Receivable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• All Aspects of Accounts Receivable for multifaceted company
• Financial Reports
• Manage Rental Income
• Bank Reconciliation Multiple Accounts
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in QuickBooks 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Outstanding Communication Skills
