PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working Monday through Friday
  • Traveling daily within your service territory and professionally engaging with customers
  • Inspecting laser printers, digital copiers, and multifunctional products to diagnose the cause of any issues
  • Accurately repairing mechanical and electrical problems and performing maintenance services
  • Managing parts inventory and maintaining stock levels
  • Working independently, completing high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe, and providing excellent customer service
  • Tackling additional responsibilities as assigned

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR COPIER & PRINTER TECHNICIAN

We'd prefer a candidate with 1+ years of experience servicing HP and Lexmark laser printers, but it's not required for the right person. If you have the right skills, determination, and customer service mindset, you could be a good fit. You'll need:

  • 21+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs
  • Precision and sharp attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and time management abilities for balancing multiple priorities
  • Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
