Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Tulsa Ok 74101
Responsibilities: IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
- TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.

However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
-OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training
-Years of experience - preferred 2-5 but we will train
-Certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, Client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 50 miles a day to 60 miles a days
