Job description

Clayton Services is searching for a Field Service Technician to join a growing industrial equipment manufacturer in Southwest Houston. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and commissioning industrial equipment at customer facilities throughout the region.


Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $32.00/hour plus OT

  • Field Service Technician Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment in both shop and field environments
  • Perform startup, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation
  • Complete service reports and project documentation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams
  • Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and performance improvements
  • Ensure compliance with customer safety requirements and company policies
  • Travel to customer locations as needed to support service operations
  • Other duties as assigned


Field Service Technician Skills and Abilities:
