Job description

We Are Artificial Lift. It's what we do. All day. Everyday. Flowco is redefining well "optimization" with the very latest in USA manufactured gas lift and plunger lift technologies and delivering unrivaled customer support wherever and whenever you need it.
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to become an integral part of our team! This position is located in Bridgeville, PA.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Field Operator in yard and in the field with equipment
  • Properly execute all procedures laid out by companies and Employer
  • Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Practice and adhere to all safety and training

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Should be able to identify and describe the use of all tube-to-tube and tube to pipe component
  • Must be able to maintain shop operations and equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate, install, and repair related equipment in shop or field.
  • Accurately complete all job documentation as required.
  • Work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
  • Grasp basic mechanical and engineering concepts.
  • Work with diverse customer teams composed of members from different companies and with varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements:
  • Successfully pass a drug test
  • Provide U.S. work authorization
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Should be able to learn new procedures and technical processes
  • Working in temperature extremes or adverse weather conditions
  • Driver license required CDL Preferred

Position Details
  • Full-Time, Non-Supervisory Role
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours and on-call
  • There will be out-of-town travel with expenses paid by the company
  • Pay based on experience; job bonus opportunities will be available

  • High School Diploma/GED, Technical certification, Associate's degree or higher
