Field Service Technician

Integrated Technology Corp. designs, manufactures, sells, installs and services capital equipment to the semiconductor industry throughout the world. All of its operations are based out of its Tempe, Arizona location. ITC is an employee owned company (ESOP) and provides benefits – Company stock, health, dental & life insurance, and 401K program. Field Service Technician Responsibilities

Include:

· Providing service and customer support during field visits

· Assist production in assembly

· Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance tasks

· Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

Job brief

We are looking for a self-starter Field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities

· Provide service and customer support during field visits

· Tie workflow to schedule

· Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance tasks

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

· Produce timely and detailed service reports as well as expense reports
