Job description

The Field Service Technician will specialize in installing, maintaining, and repairing fitness equipment for commercial and residential clients. Working independently and reporting to a field service manager, this role involves daily travel to client locations. The technician will use customer management software and standard hand and power tools to deliver timely and effective service.

Responsibilities

  • Install fitness equipment at client sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic testing
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Use customer management software to log work and communicate with clients
  • Manage daily travel to service locations efficiently
  • Maintain a professional appearance and strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical apptitude and experience using hand tools and a multimeter
  • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and reporting
  • REAL ID Driver's License with a clean driving record
