Job description

Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time ATM Service Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing second line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on Hardware and Software problem diagnosis. This position will also be cross-trained with our Security Service Technician roles as well.

Location: Central Oregon - Bend/Redmond, OR area

Pay: $22-$28 hour DOE

What you’ll do:
1.Performs basic installation on ATM products (multiple manufacturers).
2.Performs some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.).
3.Prioritizes and plans service calls.
4.Contacts customer with the estimated time of arrival.
5.Escalates problems when appropriate.
6.Reassigns calls when appropriate.
7.Accurately reports service data.
8.Interacts in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships.
9.Supports service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.
10.Maintains effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members.
11.Provides maintenance on ATM banking products (e.g. problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
12.Develops a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
13.Completes equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement.
14.Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you bring:
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•NCR Certification is a plus.
•Customer service experience is a plus.
•Willing to train on security equipment.
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
