Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 2 to 4 direct reports.
  • Manage technician scheduling and PTO.
  • Train technicians when needed.
  • Manage relationship with existing customers.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and organized.
  • Account for inventory and tools.
  • Service ATMs and branch equipment, includes the following.
  • Deal drawers
  • Coin machines
  • Pneumatic tubes
  • Update customers and management on service call/installation progress as needed.
  • Participate in on call rotation.
  • Regional travel with company vehicle.
  • Maintain clean driving record and operate company vehicle using safe driving practices.
  • Ensure all work is performed to company and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of ATM service experience.
  • Experience with low voltage, computers, previous management a plus.
