Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programing, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The individual will need to be detail orientated, excellent customer service skills, and have experience in one or more areas ATM service and/or cash operations. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Make on-site visits to locations to repair or install ATM equipment
  • Program ATM's unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
  • Repair and Test ATM parts
  • Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
  • Document activities within the PAI system
  • Perform preventative maintenance on ATMs as assigned.
  • Managing parts inventory on assigned service vehicle.
  • Work with branch lead to manage all parts inventory.
  • Help loaders and technicians with problem solving and solutions via in person training, phone calls and emails.
  • Be able to work with manager / projects team to arrange installs and meet deadlines on installs.
  • Must email pictures and needed info to manager / projects team.
  • May be called upon to load ATMs and run a route if shorthanded or emergency load is requested.
  • Be able to assign service tickets and coordinate techs with service calls.
  • Be knowledgeable of ATMs and their working parts.
  • Driving vehicles from a minimum of 5 days per week, in accordance service calls as they are dispatched/assigned.
  • Other field and service work as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience working on ATM machines.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
  • Must be willing to work some overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • Experience with ATM's preferred

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of PAI Reports a plus
  • Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This work is performed on the road at different locations. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Constant moving up/down/around the job site area. Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 250 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly.

SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions but will be called on to help other employees with less experience and help them through problem solving.
