Job Summary:
Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support operations in Idaho Falls/Pocatello, ID areas. This role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on various ATM hardware and software systems, ensuring that banking clients' ATM systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
• Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
• Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Keep detailed service reports and documentation
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
• Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
