About the role:

As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and defining the ATM product strategy and delivering business outcomes by translating strategy into execution. You'll drive product enhancements, client adoption, and market differentiation through cross-functional leadership and customer-focused innovation.

What you'll be doing:

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own product roadmap execution for ATM driving capabilities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives and product requirements.
  • Partner with technology, operations, risk, and client teams to deliver product enhancements on time and with measurable impact.
  • Own commercial relationship(s) with all required ATM Vendors (NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, Planet Payment, etc)

Customer & Market Insight

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, competitive offerings, and market trends.
  • Bring customer insights into roadmap decisions and commercialization activities.
  • Act as the product SME for assigned capabilities and client discussions.

Commercial Growth

  • Accountable and responsible for ATM P&L, cost efficiencies, revenue growth strategies
  • Support growth objectives through increased client adoption, transaction volume, and feature utilization.
  • Partner with Relationship Management, and Marketing teams to enable successful product launches and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to drive client value, revenue generation and expand product usage.

Performance Management

  • Monitor key product metrics including:
    • Volume growth
    • Revenue contribution
    • Client adoption
    • Utilization rates
    • Customer satisfaction
  • Recommend corrective actions and optimization opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead initiatives across Technology, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and decision-making for assigned product areas.

What you bring:

  • ATM product and strategy experience is required, ideally 10+ years
  • Payments, banking, or fintech product management experience
  • Product roadmap ownership and product delivery expertise
  • P&L management and revenue growth accountability
  • Cross-functional leadership across technology and business teams
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience building and leading teams
