Job description

Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support our operations in the San Francisco Bay area. We are looking for a level 2 - NCR ATM technician to work 3 weekdays 12-9pm and weekends 10-7pm. This individual can choose which days off for schedule during the week, as long as they are back to back. You need to be NCR level 2 certified and have or previously had an NCR CE diagnostics key. TCR knowledge will be helpful but can be trained by CSG. Not a requirement for hire but we will want them to be willing to learn it.
Locations: San Francisco Bay, CA Area
Shift: 3 weekdays from 12pm to 9pm and weekends from 10am - 7pm.
Pay: $28-$35 hour DOE
What You'll Do:
As an ATM Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our banking clients' ATM systems are running smoothly. This role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of ATM hardware and software systems.
  • Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
  • Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Keep detailed service reports and documentation
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
  • Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
  • Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware

What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
  • NCR Certification a plus, but not required
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
