Job description

As an Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.

Responsibilities

  • Working within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.
  • You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
  • Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
  • Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style

Desired experience 

  • Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials
  • Experience communicating with executives

Clearance

  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
