Job Description
Summary: Supervise employees engaged in all levels of manufacturing, including machine operators, machine attendants, set-ups, and leads. Ensure completion of production orders in an efficient and organized manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees on any/all shifts in the factory departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
