Job description

2nd Shift Supervisor

Hours: 3:45 p.m. - 2:15 a.m.
Pay: $15-$20 based on experience

The 2nd shift Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the production operations on 2nd shift
- Preparing work schedules
- Ensuring products are warehoused correctly
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Maintains knowledge of company processes and equipment/machinery
- Ensures all employees are complying with safety policies & procedures

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict is essential
- Proficient with MS Office applications to complete reports & logs
- Excellent verbal & written communication, along with excellent organizational & management skills
- Demonstrated skills with training & developing team members
- High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Steel Toed Boots are required
