Job description

The 2nd Shift Supervisor plays a crucial first-level supervisory role within the manufacturing environment, overseeing evening shift operations. This position is responsible for managing team activities, ensuring quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting training initiatives. The supervisor works standard shift hours without travel requirements and focuses on maintaining smooth production flow and workforce management during the second shift.

Responsibilities
