Multi-Plastics Extrusions, Inc.Mechanic (Maintenance) (Avenel, New Jersey 07001)

Multi-Plastics Extrusions, Inc., a leader in the Plastics Extrusions field, is seeking applicants for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at its Avenel Plant.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventive and routine maintenance, urgent work assignments, project work, and is involved in troubleshooting the plants manufacturing equipment.

The qualified individual will have 1 to 4 years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical skills. Good communication skills are a necessity. Basic computer skills are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

There are two types of schedules for the mechanics:

1. Daily Shift - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

2. Crew Mechanic - This mechanic follows the schedule of Crews A, B, C, and D:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (within their assigned crew).
4 Days On / 3 Days Off and 3 Days On / 4 Days Off.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
