The Program Manager (PM) oversees, leads, and administers the setting up of Salesforce Program. The PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The PM's primary responsibility is to drive the entire efforts for setting up the Salesforce Org, implement DIT's Big Ideas, application rewrite, governance, and operations. The PM must ensure that any risks to projects are addressed to assist with timely completion and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.
