Requirements
Qualifications
  • Education: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) license in Maine.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; experience in home health, community-based services, or long-term care preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Knowledge of HCBS regulations and licensing rules and person-centered care principles.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.
