Job description

Adult Residential Facility Administrator Needed
 
Summary of Roles and Responsibilities: 

§  Monthly Staff Training 

§  Create ISPs based on IPP information

§  Train Staff on Execution of ISP’s

§  Behavioral Data collection via ABC’s, ISP’s, Daily Staff Notes

§  Semi-Monthly Reporting on Behavioral Data to Licensee

§  Creating Work Schedules

§  Medication Management 

§  Financial Management 


§  Maintain Facility Documents per Title 22 and Title 17 Regulations

§  Coordinating and Conducting Quarterly Meetings with Service Coordinator

§  Respond to un-announced visits by Licensing and Regional Center
 
Must Have Experience as an Administrator: 
§  3+ years of experience as an Administrator
 
Shifts Needed: 
§  Vary throughout the week
§  Some weekend shifts are mandatory
 
Must Have Certifications: 
§  Community Care Licensing ARF Administrator Certification
§  Direct Support Professional 1 & 2
§  Residential Services Specialist 1 & 2
§  Positive Behavior Supports 
§  CPR/First Aid
