Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing quality work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

If you’re reliable, have forklift experience, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse stock
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals

Required Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving a box truck (helpful but not required)
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience
  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems
