Job Title: Roll-to-Roll Print Operator (Entry-Level, 1st amp; 2nd Shift)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Shift: 1st amp; 2nd (Shift Differential for 2nd)

Overview:
We are hiring entry-level Roll-to-Roll Print Operators—no print experience required. This is a trainable role ideal for candidates with manufacturing or production experience.

You’ll be trained to operate Ricoh VC60000/VC70000 presses and Hunkeler CS8 roll-to-stack and roll-to-fold equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor print and finishing equipment (training provided)
  • Follow job instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Load materials and assist with setup
  • Perform basic maintenance and keep work area clean

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
