Are you an experienced LPN who is passionate about serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)? Turning Point Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing DBHDD team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals receiving Georgia DBHDD waiver services and be knowledgeable about person-centered care, medication administration, health assessments, and regulatory compliance. Schedule Monday–Sunday coverage available Day shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing services to individuals receiving DBHDD waiver services. Administer medications, injections, and physician-ordered treatments. Complete nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoring. Identify changes in health status and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with DBHDD and agency standards. Participate in ISP meetings and provide nursing recommendations. Assist with medication management, physician appointments, and health-related training for direct support staff. Ensure compliance with Georgia DBHDD regulations, agency policies, and person-centered practices. Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergency situations. Qualifications Current Georgia LPN License (Active and unrestricted) Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience Experience working with the IDD/Developmental Disabilities population strongly preferred Knowledge of DBHDD standards, ISP documentation, and medication administration Experience administering injections Current CPR/BLS Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in Home Health, Group Homes, Behavioral Health, or Developmental Disabilities Familiarity with electronic documentation systems Experience training or supervising direct support staff Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive leadership Opportunity for growth as our DBHDD program expands Meaningful work making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
