Job description

The DDD Group Home Manager oversees the operation of multiple group home housing 1-3 residents, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all regulations. This role involves primarily administrative duties combined with some direct resident care, managing a large staff team of over 16 employees. The manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment that promotes resident well-being and effective communication with families and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a large team of 16+ staff members
  • Ensure resident care meets quality and regulatory standards
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
  • Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families and guardians
  • Manage crisis situations with professionalism and calm
  • Provide staff training and development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and upkeep

Required Qualifications
