Position Summary
LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and organized
Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our residential group homes in
Millstone, NJ. This full-time, 40-hour position is responsible for supervising residential staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality care, and supporting six adults with physical and multiple developmental disabilities in a safe, person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, support, and leadership to residential staff.
- Manage employee schedules and coordinate client care schedules.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to residential needs.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of six individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities.
- Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with DDD regulations and agency policies.
- Foster a positive, supportive living environment while promoting independence and quality of life for residents.
- Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary team members, and agency leadership.
- Complete administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive agency vehicles.
- Experience working with the DDD population preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Range: $50,377 - $62,237 per year
