The Digital Account Enablement and Change Manager will lead the people, process, account enablement, and business readiness activities required to successfully deliver digital projects, product rollouts, and account-facing digital capabilities across the organization. Reporting into the Digital Management organization, this role will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, digital account operations, and user adoption to ensure digital initiatives are understood, enabled, embraced, and sustained. The role will support account enablement activities such as onboarding and readiness for digital tools, coordination of account and stakeholder needs, access and usage support, enablement communications, feedback loops, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement of digital account experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, practical experience supporting technology-enabled business transformation, and the ability to translate complex digital changes into clear actions, account enablement plans, behaviors, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for digital projects, product rollouts, process changes, and system implementations.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, project managers, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define business change impacts, adoption needs, and readiness plans.
  • Lead Digital Account Enablement activities that help internal teams, business partners, customers, dealers, and account stakeholders understand, access, and effectively use digital tools, platforms, processes, and support channels.
  • Coordinate account onboarding, readiness, communications, training needs, access support, usage guidance, and issue escalation paths in partnership with product teams, business stakeholders, IT, support teams, and external partners.
  • Assess stakeholder groups, user journeys, process impacts, capability gaps, and resistance risks to shape practical change plans.
  • Create clear communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans that help employees and business partners understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to adopt new ways of working.
  • Support implementation readiness, including go-live preparation, stakeholder alignment, role clarity, training completion, support models, and post-launch adoption tracking.
  • Facilitate workshops, change impact assessments, adoption planning sessions, and lessons-learned reviews with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics, business readiness indicators, and change effectiveness measures; use insights to adjust plans and improve outcomes.
  • Establish feedback loops with account teams, users, and business stakeholders to identify enablement gaps, improve digital account experiences, and prioritize enhancements that increase adoption, productivity, and business value.
  • Coach leaders, managers, and project teams on their role in driving adoption, reinforcing behavior change, and sustaining business value after implementation.
  • Provide concise status updates, risks, decisions needed, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and project governance forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, digital account enablement, business transformation, digital transformation, customer/dealer enablement, or technology implementation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting digital projects such as system implementations, digital product launches, process automation, CRM or ERP changes, data and analytics solutions, or customer/dealer-facing digital tools.
  • Experience supporting account enablement activities such as onboarding, stakeholder readiness, access coordination, digital tool usage guidance, communications, support models, feedback collection, and adoption measurement.
  • Strong understanding of change management and enablement methods such as ADKAR, Prosci, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, adoption planning, account readiness planning, and reinforcement planning.
  • Ability to translate technology changes into business impacts, user behaviors, communication needs, training requirements, and implementation actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and end users.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global, and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and dependencies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use feedback, adoption data, readiness indicators, and business metrics to guide decisions.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, communications, organizational development, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prosci certification or comparable change management certification.
  • Experience in automotive, transportation, manufacturing, dealer operations, commercial sales, aftermarket, or other complex B2B environments.
  • Experience working in agile, product-oriented, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience enabling account-facing, customer-facing, or dealer-facing digital capabilities, including digital portals, CRM tools, eCommerce solutions, integration-enabled processes, or self-service platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital rollouts across multiple regions, functions, or stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to connect digital transformation and account enablement activities to business outcomes such as efficiency, adoption, customer and dealer experience, revenue enablement, quality, compliance, operational performance, and sustained business value.

For this position, the base pay is set at $111,100.00 - $137,200.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
