Job Description The Digital Growth Expert is responsible for driving digital acquisition, adoption, and engagement strategies for the Online platforms to maximize customer growth, retention, and revenue. This role plays a critical part in optimizing digital funnels, leveraging AI-driven personalization, and enhancing Omni channel experiences to create seamless, high-impact customer journeys.

1. Digital Acquisition & Adoption Strategy

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned digital channels, optimizing reach, conversion, and cost efficiency.
  • Enhance the digital onboarding journey, ensuring a frictionless first 90-day experience that reduces early churn and boosts digital adoption.
  • Design and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, leveraging paid media, organic content, and audience segmentation to attract high-value customers.
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to improve organic traffic, discoverability, and customer engagement.
  • Implement AI-driven personalization and automation tools to create hyper-personalized digital experiences, increasing retention and user satisfaction.

2. Digital Funnel Optimization & Performance Marketing

  • Analyze conversion rates at each stage of the digital sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
