Job description

Pengate Handling Systemsis a full-service provider of material handling equipment and solutions, helping businesses move, store, and manage products more efficiently. We design, build, and install conveyors, automation systems, and custom storage solutions tailored to each client's operational needs. Our projects improve workflow, boost productivity, and enhance safety, delivering real, measurable results. With expertise across industries, we combine engineering know-how with hands-on experience to create systems that solve complex challenges and keep businesses running smoothly.

The Digital Growth & Revenue Lead owns the company's full-funnel digital revenue performance. This role is responsible for optimizing site-to-revenue conversion, CRM instrumentation, digital monetization initiatives, and continuous testing strategies to increase marketing-sourced pipeline and recurring revenue.

This role operates as a strategic growth engine for the company and partners directly with the President to drive measurable digital revenue expansion.

What You'll Do:

Revenue & Funnel Ownership

  • Own full-funnel performance across the digital customer journey (Site Lead MQL SQL Opportunity Revenue)
  • Define and align MQL and SQL qualification criteria in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Develop and track Marketing-Sourced Pipeline % as a key revenue metric
  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models across campaigns and digital channels
  • CRM & Data Infrastructure
  • Lead CRM instrumentation and campaign tracking architecture
  • Ensure accurate data flow between website, chat platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
  • Align digital analytics with revenue outcomes and pipeline performance

Digital Monetization

  • Drive digital monetization strategy for rental and service offerings, including quote flows and conversion optimization
  • Expand self-service capabilities to reduce manual sales friction and increase efficiency
  • Evaluate opportunities for subscription or recurring revenue models
  • Optimize chat, automation, and digital engagement workflows to increase lead conversion

Testing & Optimization

  • Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap across digital properties
  • Apply behavioral analytics and user journey insights to reduce funnel drop-offs
  • Lead segmentation and messaging variant testing across campaigns
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates across landing pages, campaigns, and product experiences

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance to align digital initiatives with revenue goals
  • Lead backlog prioritization for revenue-impacting digital features and improvements
  • Ensure digital initiatives support acquisitions, integrations, and brand alignment
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of digital strategies across departments

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong background in B2B eCommerce or digital business environments
  • Experience with subscription monetization strategies and digital revenue models
  • Knowledge of enterprise system integrations and digital commerce platforms
  • Ability to analyze UX performance and on-site behavioral analytics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth through digital initiatives
  • Familiarity with enterprise commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce or Mirakl marketplace
  • Experience working in B2B2B distribution environments
  • Knowledge of Agile product ownership, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable digital strategy and commercial outcomes
Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B eCommerce, digital commerce, or related digital business environments
  • Master's degree required in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Graduate-level coursework or experience in enterprise systems integration, digital transformation, or data-driven strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to apply academic frameworks and strategic methodologies to real-world commercial results
