American Commercial Bank & Trust, NACommercial Banking Associate - ON SITE in Schaumburg, ILAmerican Commercial Bank & Trust is currently seeking well-organized and client-focused candidates for our Commercial Banking Associate position, which is located in our Schaumburg, IL Office. The primary responsibility of the Commercial Banking Associate (CBA) is to provide a high level of service to Bank clients, prospects, and internal associates. This customer service role works in tandem with Commercial Loan Officers to compile and prepare loan presentation summaries in a timely and accurate manner. This individual will be responsible for processing approved loan requests from inception to closing, maintaining exception-free credit files, and managing a growing portfolio of loan and deposit clientele.Key job duties and responsibilities include the following:Acts as a liaison between Lenders, Clients and third parties to obtain and maintain documents required for new and existing loan underwriting and depository relationships.Reviews documents which support underwriting such as organizational documents, title commitments, financial statements, appraisals, and construction draw documentation.Support the Lending Officer(s) in monitoring HMDA and CRA reporting.Maintain knowledge of the Bank's Loan Policy to ensure accuracy of loan presentations and of documentation.Facilitate loan documentation and coordinate and conduct loan closings.Open business accounts and review daily account activity reports.Manage financial and collateral exceptions of assigned portfolio within bank standards.Generate deposit account documentation and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
