As a Project Coordinator, you will follow company practices, maintain supplier relationships, manage orders, and oversee product manufacturing and delivery. About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Relations: Identify and meet customer expectations regarding delivery dates for stormwater product orders. Receive customer feedback and approvals for the generation of final contracts and fabrication drawings. Manage external and internal customer expectations and communication for production and delivery in your assigned territory. Coordinate the delivery of finished products.
  • Order Management: Place, expedite, and modify external and internal production and purchase orders as needed. Apply best practices and supplier strategies to ensure on-time product delivery at the lowest possible cost while minimizing inventory. Collect and maintain all required documentation in the order management system to enable timely invoicing.
  • Supplier Management & Purchasing: Work with the sourcing team to interview suppliers and develop reliable sources of supply. Review pricing from standard agreements or obtain project-specific quotes for externally purchased parts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in quantity buying and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated competency in communication, task organization, and attention to detail and quality.
  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fluid, and team-oriented environment.
  • Competency in computer software, including MS Office and CRM databases.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
