Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)--

Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Analyst II – Test Governance & Coordination to lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple business and IT initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and enforcing test governance standards, coordinating UAT planning and execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA, Business Analysis, UAT coordination, test management tools (Azure DevOps), stakeholder management, documentation, and SDLC methodologies. Healthcare or Managed Care experience is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple projects.
  • Develop and enforce QA Test Governance standards, processes, and quality audits.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Security Teams, and Vendors.
  • Facilitate UAT planning, test intake, estimation, test strategy, and test execution.
  • Create, manage, and maintain UAT test scripts in Azure DevOps.
  • Track test execution, manage defects, and provide status reporting and release readiness updates.
  • Coordinate test data, test environments, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Maintain testing documentation, policies, procedures, and audit artifacts.
  • Support internal and external audits related to testing and quality governance.
  • Train and mentor team members on UAT processes and testing best practices.
